  • Sitting in one position for a long time
  • Working in awkward positions
  • A high level of repetitive keyboard strokes or intensive mouse use

Fatigue and stress can be the result of a number of factors, and regular breaks away from screen work  will help reduce aches and pains and stress due to lack of movement and poor quality breathing.

It is important for the DSE user to be aware of correct working postures and how to adjust their seating for maximum comfort. We can analyse your workstation, identifying common risks for DSE users.  We can then a report with valid recommendations taking into account your views and outline of problems related to the workplace.
